This is truly the best US Cellular I've ever been in. The store manager Shaundavia is the most caring person anyone could ever meet. She truly make sure everyone that walks through the door is well taken care of. This company is blessed ti have her!!!

I wanted to switch my phone, had phones but lady said I had to have new number. No I don't she just didn't want to or didn't know how. Got it done thur someone else. She said it was because I had got my old phone from Walmart. But I still got it done. I now have my new phone with my same number.

US CELLULAR OFFICE IN SNOW HILL IS TOP NOTCH. SHAUNDAVIA AND THE STAFF ARE PROFESSIONAL, POLITE, KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND HAVE GREAT PERSONALITIES. IT WAS THE BEST US CELLULAR EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD. THANKS SO MUCH AND I'LL RECOMMEND YOU GUYS TO ANYONE WHO NEEDS CELL PHONE SERVICE.
