I am from out of the state and I was looking for some comfortable shoes. I walked in and the sales lady said can I help you. I responded that I wanted to look for shoes. She replies have you been her before and I said no. She proceeded to tell me the shoes were double threaded, custom made and hand craft. I said well are you telling me that the shoes are too expensive for me? She responded with..."WELL". I will never come back

I walked into the SAS store in Smithfield @ 11 AM on a HOT Wed. morning & was greeted by Ms. Shahara. I think we were both smiling, but since we had our CV masks on, I can't be sure. Anyway, Shahara looked my name up on the computer & got me exactly what I bought 4 years ago, which is exactly what I wanted! Sure, SAS shoes are pricey, but they're worth every cent! The store was clean, well stocked & I'm a happy camper. If you had a bad experience, go back & ask for Shahara, you'll be glad you did. Mr. Bud

If I could rate with 0 stars I would, I recently worked here and the management is horrible. This company acts as if they care about their employers but in reality they don’t.They’ll put anyone in charge of their stores just to have the position filled. which is the current issue now. Especially when the current store manager has perviously rated the store herself with only one star.

SAS shoes--the style choices are amazing. I went in for one pair and left with three pairs of shoes plus a handbag. For years I have shopped at zappo.com because of the range of shoe widths and sizes. I got tired of the "ship and return" even though zappos is great to buy from and I never had an issue other than the same size and width varied from one shoe brand to the next. Going to SAS after a few years since my last trip was worth the drive. The neat thing I found was that they have added so many new styles and because each shoe has adjustable straps, the width is never a problem. SAS isn't cheap, but the shoes that I have bought have lasted year after year. In the long run, they really are, for me, the better deal.

Very disappointed store hours on internet state Sunday 12 to 6 once at the store hours posted on the door are 1 to 6. Got there at 12:45 and waited till 1:30 and NOBODY showed up to open store!! Bad way to run a business ??

One clerk and she was totally tied up with a handicapped client and family...a small store..high dollar store..shoes didnt appear to support their price point of well over 100$
