First time financing a vehicle, both Todd and Mike walked me through the process seamlessly and got me a great rate! 11/10 would get a car from this dealership again!

Service Dept sucks and doesn't inform you of what's going on. One of the owners tried to avoid talking with us. I would NEVER RECOMMEND THEM!!!!
The service dept fixed the recall as far as I know. However I noticed the owner trying to avoid us as he knew I had a question. He said he would be right back. He put tags on another vehicle and then proceeded to the other end of the bldg to go in as I was parked closest to him to go in the bldg. That is very rude and unprofessional. I would like to resolve this matter if David Harris or Todd (in which Todd didn't do anything wrong) would like to give me a call. Until then I will keep what I said.
They still have failed to fix the MyKey in which should be done with the master key. How am I supposed to know when I buy a used car that I'm not getting the master key.

We were the 2nd buyers after the Crossroads take over. I dealt with Jeremy Newby, who I had dealt with during previous ownership. It has been one of the best buying experiences we’ve had. They want your business and did everything they could to accommodate us. We were interested in a vehicle at one of their other locations before we knew of the Crossroads take over. Within hours of inquiring about it, they had it transferred and ready for us to look at locally. We couldn’t have asked for more. I hated to hear that the Harris family had sold the dealership but so far I’m very happy with the service we’ve received at Crossroads of Siler City.

We are so happy with the sales service we received from Todd Oldham when we purchased our new-to-us vehicle. He met with us several times to answer our questions, took care of the one issue we had, and made the paperwork process easy to complete. We can't say enough good things about the car buying experience we had with Todd and the Welford Harris dealership.

The working conditions for their employees is in humane. Just standing there waiting I was a puddle of sweat!!! No swamp coolers no real fans no ac! How do they expect their workers to stay!! You can tell the dealer has not put any money into this place. You should be ashamed! If this is how you treat your staff. I'm shocked that they stay.

Todd was really kind and helpful, and it was nice to be at a car dealership where the salesman is honest with you and doesn't try and throw in a bunch of extra stuff. Nice bunch of fellas and I love my 21 Tacoma.

I was shopping for a new truck and in my research saw that Welford Harris had the exact one that I wanted. I reached out and ended up speaking to Todd. He was extremely kind and down to earth - really easy to talk to and not sales-y at all!
We continued to trade messages over a few weeks as I continued to do my research and shop for the best price. Then one evening I received a great offer from another dealership and thought I would give Welford Harris one more shot since they are just down the road. I sent a note to Todd and within minutes he said "You got a deal!" I was there the next day and everyone was so welcoming - I even met the owner! Not once during my time there was there any upselling attempts - it was simply finalizing the deal that we agreed to.
I typically don't look forward to the car buying process, but the people at Welford Harris made it easy and stress free. Please don't pass these guys up - give them a shot and I am sure you will be happy!

My vehicle was declared totaled in December of 2023 and yet I get a message this week 26 May 2024 asking how I enjoyed my service experience on May 10th. Makes me wonder what else is happening at that dealership.

I had diagnosed a faulty PCM for the 2013 F150. Welford Harris confirmed it quickly, ordered the part, installed, and reprogrammed the keys. I estimated the repair to cost $1500. Final cost was $1700. A little more than expected but well worth it: fixed in 2 days, runs great, and has a 24 month warranty.

I had another good experience at Welford Harris when I was fortunate to have Todd Oldham and David Harris helping me get the car I wanted with a trade. Very good overall experience with everyone there. Good communication, very professional and no hassle.
