This Family Dollar is very close by so my husband, son, & I have become regulars here over the past year & a half.There are 2 main reasons we frequent this Family Dollar location. Obviously, the first reason is the convenience of how close we are to it, but also because of the employees. Honestly, we would not hesitate to drive further away if the staff was rude &/or unbearable. But the staff here has always been super kind! Actually, they have all gone above & beyond when it came to customer service! Seriously... they each have been so helpful & patient & kind to myself, my son, & my husband all at different times ???I can't give them enough props lol!

I visited the store today and it was clean and easy to move around in. There was no freight in the way, that was awesome!

Traveling from Charlotte NC heading to beach need to stop on the way for a few things great customer service all staff was very attentive and pleasant great customer experience cashier was great awesome service!!!!!

Maybe the employees should not be on the phone at the register. Guy was on the phone the entire time I was there. When I got to the register he was still on the phone and made me stand there and wait a couple minutes before he acknowledged me and began to ring up my items. The whole time he was still talking on the phone, gave me the receipt and turned his back to me never said have a nice day or anything. Disgusting!!! What ever happened to customer service? We’ll see how long he last.
