My car needed a jumpstart and only had a few people i could call my fiancé was a hour away and it was me and my four year old with groceries in the trunk. The driver was nice and gave me a jump I gratefully appreciate y’all and recommend y’all to anyone stuck

I was on the way to the Outer Banks with my family for vacation. The transmission failed in my truck about 10 miles from the North Carolina border. Lantz’s towing was on site and towed my vehicle back to Norwalk within 45 minutes. The driver was very courteous and gave me a good sound advice as we traveled back to Norwalk. The Driver even dropped me off by the car rental place once my truck was delivered to the transmission shop. I would strongly recommend this company for anyone going forward.

My husband & son were in an accident Friday evening on Caratoke Hwy causing the vehicle to flip. My sons beloved elephant & my husbands phone were left behind in the car along with some other items. We called Saturday morning for the status of the vehicle & to collect my sons toy. The office was closed, however, Tim answered the phone immediately and went above and beyond for our family. We highly recommend.

Was locked out of car at 11PM. Called and they immediately answered the phone. Arrived within 15 minutes and was back into the car within 30. Was very polite and very nice to talk to. Did good quality work. Thank you!

This is 2 years late, but I promised to leave a review for a company that made an anxiety-filled experience a lot less overwhelming. With a 5-hour drive ahead of us on our way home after a week in OBX. a truck rear-ended us...badly. Lantz's towing arrived and knew our car was totaled with our young family shaken. They went the extra mile to store our car and promised to help us with any related insurance needs...AND all while driving us 3 hours north on a Sunday just so that we could find an open rental car agency to get home that same day. We would have been stranded and nervous without their help and advice. Thank you!

Driver is THE WORST. I cannot tell you how many times he came 2-3inches from every single bumper in stop and go traffic on I264 to I64 this afternoon. It seemed like a game: how close can this guy get? Getting right up on the bumper of another vehicle is unnecessary, completely unprofessional, and incites road rage. If this is how this company drives with no towed vehicle, who knows how they drive with YOUR car towed on the bed - clearly not a company that cares about getting your vehicle as safe as possible from point A to B. The community is watching, and unfortunately the driver did a significant disservice for this company today. Please be respectful!!! Some people really do care about their vehicle.

Tim came to my rescue when nobody in Virginia Beach would on a sunday. Came all the way from Moyock ,and on his Birthday ! He was professional, quick and a no nonsense man! Knew what he was doing loaded my boat that was on a busted trailer ! I would highly recommend this company!

After waiting over two hours for my insurance to find me a tow I called Lantz on my own and they were out to me in under ten minutes it felt like. And the the driver was the nicest person! I would most definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone.Service: Car towing
