Walked in 07/27/24 to the Shallotte, NC office on Main street, with a simple question, my wife is in sales and wanted her picture to show on outbound calls since she is a local mortgage loan originator. All desks were full, people walked in behind us and walked up to sales people when they got up from their desk, cutting in front of us, getting their services done, never mind us. I run an insurance office a few doors down, have run big box retail stores, this location has failed miserably. Always acknowledge the customer, not a word has been said hello or nothing. The business model here sucks, a salesman had the nerve to tell my wife he had to hurry back to his desk to make a sale. We tried googling the issue, and it didnt work. Where is someone in customer service in this office? No doubt the sales part here is what matters, cause the customer service is non existant.

I’m super excited and happy with the service I received at Verizon in shallotte I had several issues going on for awhile and I got the chance to have it handled and Chris M. Did an outstanding job at handling it if you want great quality care as well as great products you definitely want to reach out to him! Will not go to anyone else to purchase electronics again!

Went last night and worked with Zach. He was the only one working and we had 2 others in front of us. He was awesome to work with and ended up working with us for an hour after they closed. He was very knowledgeable and fixed all issues, set up a new phone and switched two of us over. I cannot say enough great things about his patience and willingness to help. He is a great asset to their company.

Went back to this store 5/15/24. Kelsey helped me purchase a new phone at a great price. She set everything up and the phone works great.

Went to the Verizon store in Shallotte. We had a sales woman named Jordan waiting on us She was absolutely amazing, highly professional, patient,and kind. She walked us through all the different apps on the phone . Great job Jordan keep up the good work!
