The Manager (Becca) and staff at the Shallotte location are awesome! The customer service staff that monitor and answer the phone - not so much.

We had a very good experience with Shollotte prime storage. Becca and the girls were very nice and helpful. Would rent with them again. We moved from Pa. Down to Nc needed a place to store everything till our house sold and could buy here. They made sure I had enough room for everything. Now we are moving out and I hate to say good bye they were so nice and friendly.

The price kept increasing for no reason. Latches on my 2 units were not secure. No security cameras. Office workers were polite and courteous. However, they had no power to change anything blaming corporate somewhere in another state. i imagine other storage businesses are worse or better.
