I’ve been to this store twice now. Once to setup service and then this evening to buy my kids phones and add them to my plan. And both times I’ve had an awesome experience. Thank you cricket wireless and thank you to your store employees for always giving amazing service!! Love you guys!!

Pretty standard boring cell store. Lol. These almost feel like relics now. You can do everything online and without an employee being forced to try and upsell you. That being said, people inside were nice..

Have visited this store twice in the past month, once to set up my husband's replacement phone and once to buy a phone for my granddaughter. Jamar was very helpful. He was very knowledgeable, professional and kind. Answered all my questions and was very patient. Kudos to this young man. He is doing a great job.

Awesome!!!!! Got a great new phone and case for much less. The rep was knowledgeable and helpful. I am so thankful I moved my service. I will be able to have more money in my pocket now.

Cricket in general is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Been on the phone yesterday evening and since 10 am today and its almost 5pm trying to port one yes 1 phone number. I would rather swim in a tank full of piranhas full of rubbing alcohol than deal with this company.

Apparently the associate who handled my WIFES bill payment date change request was too busy flirting with my wife to get it input into the system correct and so our autopay drafted a day before we got paid leaving us with the inconvenience of paying early in the morning either online or in person at the store (with the addition of a small fee) to keep our account from being suspended. Thank you for your terrible service.

I will NEVER do business at this location again. I was removing myself and my kids from a family plan(going through a divorce) and starting my own plan.the guy switched the wrong numbers and left my daughter's number on the previous plan and put my ex husband's son on my plan. We realized the issue when I tried calling my daughter's phone and it didn't ring so I had my daughter call my phone to make sure her phone was working properly, the number that showed up was my Ex's sons phone number, I realized what had happened then so I went back and the store refused to do anything, ( I came back within 15 mins)said there was nothing they could do.. so they told me I had to buy a whole other phone, (after already buying 3 new phones that day) and pay another activation fee after already paying 3 that day.. so I literally paid for their mistake!! The guy in the store I was dealing was the young man that could speak Spanish he had a terrible matter of fact attitude ... He was so rude towards me and just didn't care.. he was very rude. So I called 611 about what had happened they said they couldn't do anything as it was an In store issue, but they reached out to the manager of the store, the manager refused to get in contact with me . So not only did I pay for crickets mistake but the attitude of the guy was terrible... Go to any cricket but here, you pay for their mistakes and management absolutely refuses to do anything ... Worst experience ever at a phone store.

The employee a young man working earlier today, what an awesome and professional employee. Cricket is lucky to have him! I was having a bad day I lost my phone I had just spent a bunch of money on shoes for the kids. Anyway he solved my phone problem quickly and efficiently and for a lot less then I thought I would have to spend, and I love my new phone.
