Super friendly staff. April took the time to try and help me figure out my prescription— when we couldn’t she called the prescribing doctor to clarify. She then called me back promptly with the findings. She even went as far as help me get a coupon code.

My dog thanks you so much!! I was having a terrible time getting awful tasting medicine down her throat, it was so difficult. Cheryl, the compounding specialist suggested putting med in oil first- better but I asked for something more, Cheryl did it! She put Med in a cream to be rubbed into her ear! Even put in applicator so no mess. CAN YOU BELIEVE IT! It is so easy and very kind to my 17 year old dog. Amazing customer service! Thank you

Doctor took me off of a medication. They gave me trouble about it every time you call there they are nasty abd very rude like you are bothering them I do not recommend thrm to no one very rude. Customer service very rude people all the time

Every single employee at Seven Lakes Prescription Shoppe is courteous and professional. Rob and Jen are an amazing team that go beyond the call of duty! They are incredibly compassionate, very patient and knowledgeable. Rob has removed the stress time and time again when trying to understand what I'm taking, how to take it, when to take it, etc. I wish everyone in the customer service and medical industry could sit under his servant style leadership. I love this pharmacy and hope that you will turn to Jen, Rob and the 7 Lakes Prescription Shoppe for your every medical need. They are each beyond deserving of this praise!!

They have been there for years, serving the 7 Lakes & West End communities. They provide many personalized ancillary services that larger, commercialized pharmacies simply cannot do. A pharmacy where everybody knows your name !

I can’t say enough about the quality customer service provided by everyone at Seven Lakes Prescription Shoppe! April most recently has been a tremendous help in answering questions I had about a prescription for my daughter. She is so kind to always call me back when she has the information I need! I know it gets crazy busy there sometimes but she always takes the time to help!

I switched to Seven Lakes Prescription Shoppe many years ago and have really been pleased with the service I receive each and every time. The owner and employees are so committed to their customers. All are great, however I have to say, April is my go to when I have questions or situations that I have no idea how to best handle. She always help out. I cannot say enough good things about Seven Lakes Prescription Shoppe. On one occasion I forgot my meds when going to the beach for a week. I called Rob and he helped out immediately by coordinating with a local pharmacy at the beach and got me the meds I needed for the stay at the beach. Again, best people to have on your side.

Friendly neighborhood pharmacy. I like that they make compound drugs right on site. They are great for getting your Perscription filled and they do have a small collection of everyday needs but for me personally I drive to a box drugstore. The staff are very friendly and if they can’t answer a question for you they will get someone who can.

Will charge you on a Covid test you cancelled within minutes of booking and leave you penniless with no shame. I am under the opinion a business should let people know when refunds are not available, because I'm assuming there aren't. One way or another, I am unsure of how that's not a mere step away from theft, considering you lost absolutely no resources but are now in possession of that much more money. Thanks guys. Because this pandemic wasn't hard enough to begin with.
