The employee who helped me was super super nice. I got there right at 2 for my drug test and had zero wait, but as I was leaving there were about 5 people in the waiting room and only the one employee. Definitely get there right when the drug test window opens.

These people need training, because they don't know how to talk to customers.

Had to schedule a blood test for my doctor and contacted Labcorp. Website was super easy to use - had to reschedule the appointment and there was no drama. When I got to lab the receptionist was super friendly and the lab tech was friendly and very professional.
