Nice store, nice things.......POOR customer service. Came in for a "it's a Girl Bow". Found one, checked out, paid, and asked for a bag..... lady at register said ooo, you don't want a bag for that, "it will take out all the fluff out of that bow". Yeah I want a bag to avoid dog hair, dander, etc from my vehicle not getting on MY baby pink bow. Left with no bag..... goodness sakes its a bow....MY BOW that I JUST paid for....it will fluff back out. Luckily had an old belk bag in vehicle. Guess what? I will not be returning. Never had an issue getting a bag for my purchase anywhere before. Kinda crazy.

I bought grass skirts for my office party. When I purchased the lady said if pkg not opened I could return for refund. But today when I returned them, they said they can't take Halloween costumes back. I left and will never return.!!!!

The owner is rude, no personality, use to do a lot of business with them, went in one day and Tammy the lady I usually do business with was out . The owner was rude when I asked a question, so I will never do business with this place again

Went there by recommendation. Was in the store and walked around for a good 10 minutes. Was not even acknowledged that we were there. 2 girls working in the back looked up and went right back to what they were doing. Will not go to again. Cute stuff but personell need customer service training!
