Ive been to multiple Catos in multiple states and this was the first time I wasnt greeted. In fact, I was totally ignored and when I went to try on clothes, (I told my sis-in-law who was with me) and I went to the dressing room, now the 2 ladies working there were maybe 5 feet away (definitely within hearing distance) and as soon as i got "in line" for the dressing room, they turned their backs. I stood there for a couple minutes before I saw a VERY small sign (about a post card size, on the wall) saying that the dressing room was closed. I went back talked to my sis-in-law, chose a couple things I didn't need to try on and went to check out. The 2 ladies were behind the counter... the both immediately showed me thier backs and ignored me. I stood there a couple min before a 3rd lady called across the store and asked if I was ready to check out, I yelled back yes. She came and checked me out and none of them said another word to me, not heres you total, did you find anything you were looking for? Have a good day... nothing. It was awkward to say the least. And I'm glad that this isn't my Cato, because I'd probably never go back. I get better customer service at Wal-Mart.
