This place is very unprofessional and especially with its customer service. I only came because I was sent from an auto zone worker. I waited over 15 minutes just to get attended, the lady with dark brown at the paint shop was very unprofessional and made rude remarks to me just for a simple question. When I finally got attended I was told they couldn’t even do nothing about it. waste of your TIME and MONEY will never be coming back again unless it’s for a refund.

I had a battery issue that I needed to check to see if the battery was any good. The gentleman that helped me was very knowledgeable about batteries and automotive electrical charging systems. He was very helpful.

I always go to thie Sanford Carquest because they had friendly staff and they knew their products. I came in yesterday and was waited on by a dark haired lady. She was anything but friendly and almost no help and we had the pull information out of her. She had an attitude look on her face like we were bothering her and practiced very poor customer service. We were pleasant to her even though I wanted to tell her what I though of an attempt at customer service. I will shop somewhere else now.

The best place to go for the number 1..best products to put on vichles...my dad always got parts from there and I been going to..top of the line...very nice person always make sure your taking care of....that is the only place I go for parts to put on my vichles!!!!..
