This bank is the pits and, I mean the absolute worst. You become suspect if you attempt to withdraw funds out of your account in large sums of money.This bank will put a hold on your account for SEVEN days because the manager Karen sees you as suspect. You will be charged bogus fees if the manager is not pleased with you and she takes her puppetry seriously. A word to the wise.

As I write this review I’m sitting in my cabin on a cruise. Why 1 star you may ask? Well on the Friday before my cruise I called as I was supposed to do to make sure my account was setup for international use, even though I had that set on my card preferences. I gave the dates and the ports of call. I thought everything was good, I was told everything was good. However it was NOT, my card was declined in the first port, second port I had to call, again, and get it unblocked, it was “supposedly “ unblocked and good to go for port 3, it was not, I had to call again from port 3. Even though the call said everything was good, it again was not. I couldn’t check my balance because, you guessed it, my card was locked for potential fraud!!! Fraud?! How?! After 3 phone calls, verifying my personal information 3 times, after being reassured that my card was unlocked it was not. If you plan on going on vacation, use a different bank because this one will have you stressed out wondering if your card will work even after you make the appropriate phone calls.

Love the tellers and managers!They're always able to assist me with anything I need.Walking in and sitting down, I have never had to wait longer than 5 minutes for help.My checking account has had a few issues (not their fault) that they have resolved immediately.Very high quality service and advice!

Horrible place! Their assistant manager was rude and yelled at me.I needed to deposit a check into someone’s account, but she refused to deposit it. It was from my business account, not my personal, so she said that she isn’t confident about my check, it looks fraudulent to her.When I’ve asked more questions but she yelled at me telling me to go get cash from my bank and bring it back to deposit it.Here’s is your Walmart’s low level of service. Actually, cashiers at Walmart are much more decent and polite than this rude woman at the bank.She needs to be fired.

I use the Salisbury Woodforest for my personal and business banking needs multiple times a week. Every person they have working here is kind, helpful, and professional. Their extended and weekend hours help me, a business owner, handle my banking needs because I'm out working the normal 8-5 M-F and don't always have time to stop by during "other" bank's hours. The employees here are always willing to answer my questions or assist me with customer payment problems or other issues.

The company as a whole doesn't care about their employees. The WORST company I have ever worked for. A company either has to pay well or treat their employees well. You can't suck at both but some how Woodforest managed to.

Small business: work by myself: Haven't had any work enough to pay my bills because of Covid 19, and finally get caught up from family members and now a fairly decent size project. I went to a bank in Charlotte,they wouldn't deposit it. The next day I went to cash the project deposit check from the customer at my Branch in Salisbury and they would not deposit it into the business account. Which is in my personal name and company name. My personal account I had to let close owing it approximately$110. I was going to pay it off and open it back up, but opening another account would put a 7 day hold on the $1885 check from a business in Charlotte NC. They told me to go to Bank of America tomorrow. This really put me behind on the project.

They block the drop box so you have no other choice but to get near people during this time. The lady in the electric scooter was talking about mask and how to be covered up.... And there was a line all the way back (like 20 plus people). All I wanted to do was drop a deposit in the box... Which is suppose to be open as an option for people that don't need customer service... And especially during this time of sickness and people getting scared.
