“Got here at 5:45a.m. for a 6a.m. appointment and was put in a door immediately. I was empty by 6:00am. Not sure of any amenities here. I didn't need to use anything. The place is not to big. There was enough room to come in and do a uturn and back into my door. I would definitely come back here. There is a Loves and a Pilot about 2 miles away. They was full around 7p.m.”
“FANTASTIC! Mr. Harry, Mrs. Sherly and Mrs. Carol are so welcoming! Found my new butcher shop finally. Was awesome to speak with fellow veterans. Not often that you find a butcher that will save you bones and cut up short ribs to order the way you like. Outstanding! Mrs. Carol carried my order out to the car for me was a big help to me. Mr. Harry was so kind to cut up my dog bones. Also gave me some as a gift. You can't find better than that. What a beautiful blessing.”

“Although a little slow sometimes due to registers not wanting to work properly, this dollar general is convenient as dollar generals should be, the employees are always welcoming and friendly. Sometimes it is difficult to navigate the store due to the stock not being put up, but it's no issue going around or finding a way through.”

“Delicious food delivered to your door! I have not personally ordered from them, but I have enjoyed the groceries ordered by my in-laws. I particularly like the beef pot roast. It's fully cooked and just needs to be thoroughly heated in the oven before serving. I like the idea of groceries delivered to your door since it saves time. Plus it brings fresh groceries to areas that may not routinely have access to them. I can't speak on the price or customer service. My in-laws do like the service and order regularly. Schwans will stop by unannounced if you haven't placed an order in awhile to see if you need anything. Some people may find this annoying, while others benefit from the reminders. It seems fairly easy to place the order and the items arrive well packaged and at the correct temperature.”

“Omg this store is amazing! First time going in and it was beautiful. The produce setup was beautifully done well. All the veggies and fruits were perfect and full in stock. So much selection. And because I never been in a Harris Teeter store, I just had to go down every isle. The shelves were fully stocked and faced, the isles were free of debris, and the first thing I said to my daughter was omg this is like going towards the light because it was bright. I found so many different things that I have never seen so I just had to buy it to try it. They also had good deals and at check out, I saved $49. Earned points to get a discount off gas. And one of the best parts is that they have electric carts so I can enjoy my shopping. And the employees were nice and even accepting of my dog. And omg the meats look amazing and so many to choose from. Move over Walmart and Foodlion. I think I found my favorite store.”
“Harris teeter is always great, they don't make you feel like you you have to use an self check out line like foodlion. I mean I don't work at an grocery store why when I come here do you make me feel like I need to check myself out foodlion? That's why I'll pay a little more to go to Harris teeter.”

What makes the one in Granite Quarry worth driving to is the employees actual caring attitude, their willingness to help everyone, and their knowledge of inventory. Businesses are very competitive these days even among different stores in the same company but Dollar General in Granite Quarry is worth driving to if you're the type of person that likes knowing someone is truly listening to what you are saying and no they do not mind helping you.”

“I come in here often because it’s a convenient location for me. The staff is usually pretty polite and prices are decent but it would be nicer if the aisles were clearer. There is always carts of inventory in the way. They seem to be understaffed but that seems common for most DG stores I’ve visited.”

“My wife is of Hispanic descent and we come here often for products that are not available in our chain stores. They have really good chicarone and roasted pork.Their tamales are pretty good too.They have a nice bakery, butcher, and lines move pretty quick.”
