Very knowledgeable, friendly and easy to deal with salesperson Corbin Peele. Made our trading for an Escape pain free, not like a lot of other dealerships that take half a day going back and forth to the manager to get a price. We highly recommend this dealership and this salesperson for any of your Ford needs, you won’t be sorry!!!
I will say that we are still waiting for a refund check from their finance dept as we did a trade based on a number that was more than pay-off. After several phone calls we found out the person responsible for that left and went to another store and did not finish paperwork. As of sept 16th still waiting on that check….

Wish I could put no stars. My brother and mom recently went there in my car to look at a 2017 mustang for around 16 grand. They got there and got into a small wreck in the parking lot with a worker off shift. Nobody seemed concerned, and some of the employees even laughed at the whole situation which I found very disrespectful and extremely unprofessional. To top all of that off, they didn’t even show my brother the right car but tried to CONVINCE him that this 2023 mustang for about 30 grand was the one he picked out. Needless to say, we won’t be doing business there and I’d encourage everyone else to do the same.

Bought a used BMW from these guys and 2 months later found out not had i been sold a lemon with thousands of dollars worth of repairs needed. But also a warranty by first automotive that won't fix most of them. They won't fix a leaking water pump because they say it's not leaking enough. They won't fix a seat restraint system alarm because it requires them to replace the whole seat. But both of those items are supposed to be covered. But of course they had an excuse for everything and everything is my fault. And they will never get me again!!!

Had a transmission flush and filter replacement for my 2009 F150. Properly priced at about $430, but took 3 hours to accomplish. They told me I needed a coolant flush since it was dark, even though I changed it a week ago. Drove home and opened the hood and ATF covered my engine bay. I don't understand how ATF made it into the engine bay when all the work should have been done under the vehicle where the transmission is located. Not cleaning up after themselves really shows the quality of work they strive for.

Be sure to check the odometer on your new car purchase prior to signing paperwork. They're selling used cars as new. Bought a "new" F-150 Lariat and failed to notice that it had over a 100 miles on it until it was too late. Shame, Cloninger...

I may have missed out on the truck I inquired about, but this internet sales rep was great to deal with throughout the process and even after trying to look for another version of the truck. Kelly was kind, helpful and followed up which was a pleasant surprise in today's world.
