It's no surprise these guys have a 4.9 rating. I have been going here for a long time and have no plans to go anywhere else. Every one of these guys, including the owner/operator, is amazing. They have helped me with everything from an oil change to my brakes and tires. I trust them over any shop around..hands down.
If you want honesty, integrity, nice people, and great prices; this is your place. They have been such a blessing!

So, I have been an ardent fan of Cardinal Tire for years. The service is exceptional, the people are kind and friendly and professional, everyone on staff knows their stuff, it is a throwback business to a better time. Well, they outdid themselves today. My fiancée managed to find a razor blade on the highway, which resulted in a very flat tire, that I could neither patch nor repair. Threw the spare on the vehicle, and up to Cardinal we went. After only waiting about 30 minutes, Mr. Gilbert Soto approached me and hands me my receipt for services rendered. I looked at the number, which was so low as to be basically nonexistent, and inquired as to why this was so. "Thank you for your business over the years sir." What can you say to that? You can't put a price on it, I'll say that. I can not praise this place enough.

Stopped by Cardinal Tire for a tire fix. Gilbert got me right it and got things taken care of quickly. Friendly staff. Good location to where I’m located. Definitely worthy of a return visit!

My name is Brian Owens….I brought my 2024 F450 to Cardinal Tire for them to install a leveling kit on the front….fox shocks all the way around…airbags on the rear, and a set of 26” JTX’s with 37” tires. The customer service I received was very impressive to say the least!!! The technicians that performed the installation on my truck are top notch!!!! I would recommend Cardinal Tire in Salisbury to anyone and everyone!!! Keep up the great work guys!!!!!

Cardinal Tire is the best tire shop in the entire Piedmont. I used to use them regularly until I moved further away. The shop near my house is unable to even balance my tires correctly. Even though it's a 40 minute drive, I'm going back to Cardinal for all my tire needs. Go see Justin and team there and they will take good care of you and your car.
