My husband was traveling from Jacksonville, Florida to Raleigh, NC and the wheel bearings went. He got the truck to GGA and Junior has taken very good care of my truck and husband.

HORRIBLE SERVICE‼️We had to call the POLICE. The car was taken home by one of the mechanics for days!!!! No answer when calling. The car was extremely dirty inside, because they were using it to go home or whatever. We were not asked if they can use it. The bill was extremely high! They were refusing to give us the keys. What in the world??? They had the audacity to tell us no to go there anymore ?? jokes in you, sorry for the people who are using their services.

I wouldn’t recommend this place if your trying to repair your car my mom took her car to this place and all she needed was a repair for her motor but she had to wait a couple of weeks for her even to get her car back because it turns out they had broken her back glass and they had to replace it and after further inspection they had also damaged the car near the door both driver and passenger and also were the back glass was to I don’t know how you damage the back glass and the doors while trying to fix the motor chances are they left the keys in the car and couldn’t get it open so they had to break the back glass I wouldn’t recommend this place ever

A rip-off business . I will never take another car of mine to them to be fixed. They charge you labor fees everytime they have to take a part off your car if it is defected from the store or manuaffracture. That's Bad Business and Wrong . They are trying to get over on my 21 year old son that's working a full time job and going to college.Cheating customers out their money.God is Watching.
