I needed a storage unit at short notice and outside of normal operating hours. Not only did the lady that answered discuss the situation with me, but drove to the office so that I could rent a unit within 15 minutes of that call.Stellar service, and the storage unit I rented was clean and well maintained. I highly recommend this location for any storage needs.

One of the worst storage units that I have ever dealt with !!! I moved out of my house on the 19th of July. I had the payments set 3 times to come out of my account and the payments were never taken out. I was even called by his wife one day that she was going through his papers and he had not ran the payments for not only mine but several units. I advised her to take out the payment that Friday, which was 2 days away. The payment was not ran that Friday. The owner then texts me on Aug. 14th stating that my property would be sold that day. I stated that I never had a problem paying, that he didnt do his part. When I brought that up he stated were not talking about that. He then gave me a total that would pay it until the end of the month. Then he instructs that I needed to be moved out by the end of the month. I told him that I would file legal actions against him. He stated ok, but I will win. No doubt about it. I didnt care about his threat. He is a professional at taking

They have very competitive pricing and several different sizes available which helped us out not knowing which size we actually needed. Plus they rent Uhaul trucks!

I have used this service for a long time now. The owner and his family are extremely helpful. Rates are cheap also. I never experienced any trouble within the 3 years of service. And I would recommend this business to anyone.

The first time I called they were very polite. I was able to reserve a unit right over the phone. I planned to come in the next day and pay for the unit. When I got there, the man was extremely rude and said he couldn't do anything for me because the owner had to speak with me first. I wasn't able to get ahold of the owner because he wasn't answering his phone. He called me back after hours and told me my unit wasn't available. He didn't apologize and didn't even appear to sound sympathetic or sorry. I don't think I would have cared as much if he would have just apologized for the mistake. Instead he just stated it like a fact and took no resposibility for it. Didn't offer me anything. This was 7 o'clock the evening before I was supposed to move everything into storage. The next morning was a scramble to find a new unit for that day, as most aren't open on weekends and the ones that are were booked full. Thankfully I finally found one that had a unit available. The man was extremely nice and told me of two units that were available and just asked that I call him to let him know which one I decided to use. The best part? They were cheaper! Friendly AND cheaper? Yes please! If you're looking for a storage unti in the Nashville NC area, definitely call Key Storage. He was so great! I will never, ever, ever call Trinity Storage again. Worst customer service ever!
