I highly recommend this business!!!!The service was truly exceptional, Mr.Bobby went above & beyond ordering & installing my lift kit;keeping me updated during the process. They previously installed running boards for my jeep wrangler, I will definitely be returning again for all my truck needs.The staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful, such a delight to work with. Again this place is awesome! Very professional and the quality of work is an A+.

Silvon was super knowledgeable regarding the trailers. He explained reasons for needing certain trailer hitches etc. such a nice person. Customer service at its BEST!!!

Ordered some camper struts through them mid October and here it is February still no update and call backs with updated information they just say it’s on back order through an exclusive vendor they use. They don’t even attempt to use another vendor to maybe get the order in quicker. No solutions to a problem they know they have. Really dropped the ball on being about customer service. Would not recommend doing any business with the Rocky Mount location.

I agree with Rebecca- I wish i could give Chris Vega 100 stars-On my way home to MObile Alabama i had a trailer issue-needed an unusual sized part-Chris stopped what he was doing- found the part-installed and had me on my way- turned what could have been disastrous situation!!I had made a few calls in the area and they were recommended by most of the folks i spoke with_thanks Chris-- i drove straight home -16 hours--
