They finally pulled the plug on the 3rd generation owners!!!!! Did not have the Business sense to carry on, lacked any focus and expected to have deals handed to them!!! What was once a great company was run into the ground by the "ENTITLED GENERATION" who had no idea how to create customer service!!!!! Glad a company who knows how to run things took over!!!!!

Terrible ! Terrible ! Terrible !OMG, they're so bad I quit using the machine over a year ago and stuck it in a warehouse until my lease is up.Now that my lease period is coming to a close they're playing games and not returning phone calls & not providing return authorization which will throw it into auto renewalNext call.... My grandmother was an employee at Coeco back in the early 90's. I can remember as a very small child going to coeco to see my grandmother at work and the entire staff knowing who I was and speaking to me as I made my way to my grandmother's office. Now as an owner of Jennifer and Tonya's Cleaning Service it has been a pleasure to be Coeco's go to contract cleaner since 2021. Coeco's employees have always been kind to my staff and I. It is a pleasure to do business with Coeco, and I look forward to continually providing cleaning services to Coeco.

In a day where customer service is the most important thing we can offer, COECO may not be where you go for service. Fortunately we as a company dodged a bullet by seeing their true colors before they serviced our machine and quickly realized there are a lot better companies out there to service our account. Sadly this company may be struggling financially and that may explain why they treated us so poorly but hopefully they can turn their ship around. We won't be on it.

We have retained their services since 2009. They provide excellent customer services and response times. Coeco allows us to focus on business without worrying about toner\printers\MFD issues.
