Astral is the best mechanic in North Carolina! They’re so friendly, personable and very professional. I will never trust anyone else with my car needs besides them!! They’re quick to diagnose and always throughly explain every step of every process. Thank you guys so much for all you do!

Scheduled an appointment and waited days for it to come up. Spoke to the receptionist several times that day, as I purchased the window for repair (and told her that). They called and left a message the day before (sorry, I work) and they cancelled my appointment without further notice. I took off of work for this appointment and I told her unless I called to say otherwise, the appointment was on. I'm sorry, but regardless of your past experiences, if I have an appointment, I have an appointment. Thanks, but no thanks...will not do business here again. I called 3x before my appointment time this morning without an answer as well.
