Sadly my experience was good until I went to pick up my wheel and pay. Was quoted a total over the phone, but when I got there I had to pay 4% more for using a Credit card. Classic bait and switch. Tell me one price then charge me another and blame the credit card company. Shady practices done there. Sad too, they were highly recommended.

Jeff can fix any bent, cracked, broken, etc. Good prices and his work is done to perfection. Very knowledgeable on any question you may have or any work needed.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. My significant other took his rims to Mr. Pressely’s shop on 02/22/2021. The shop informed him that it would be a 2 maybe 3 week turn around. After time passed, he received a call stating they weren’t finished and was told it would be more time. Everytime my significant other had to call or text the shop first for an update, never did they initiate a phone call. He just received his rims on 04/23/2021 almost 2 months after the quoted time. Once there to pick up the rims, he refused to provide a discount.... I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!! Horrible customer service.

I can not recommend these guys enough! I had a cracked rim (honestly not sure how my car made it as far as it did) and they fixed my rim the same day. We live in a small rural town and finding a rim repair shop is difficult. I was so thankful the dealership mentioned Pressley’s. They did NOT disappoint. They were kind and courteous and explained the repair and warranty in detail. Don’t hesitate to reach out to these guys for your rim repair needs.
