Unfortunately, I am having to edit my review of this business.I had two storage bins from this company. When moving date came around, I cleared one out and kept the second one for a few extra weeks. When I vacated the second bin, I left the door up indicating that I had moved my stuff out. Staff knew that I was going to be moving out and this is what I had done when I emptied the first bin a few weeks prior. Despite this, I received a charge on my credit card for the entire amount of the next month ($165). This occurred at the beginning of March and since then I have called them no less than a dozen times trying to get my money refunded. For whatever reason they have refused to refund this money, despite the fact that I was moved out of the bin on time. I left it clean and undamaged. I'm not sure how many people can afford to throw away $165 but I am not one of those people. Maybe think twice before renting from them if you don't want to risk the same thing happening to you. If they will act janky with one customer they will do it with another!

Christy is always very polite and friendly to me,I never have a problem with her but I don't like calling and getting the automated answer service because they can't understand what I am trying to do and what I'm saying,it always sends me to the wrong place when I'm trying to talk to a Valley Storage employee, I hate that service with a passion, wish you all would get rid of it
