The atmosphere here is good and with any store you get what you need and what I get is good service and curiosity although they don't have everything but it is a good fit for certain items you can't beat the service looking forward for future business with this store

The salesperson who approached us was extremely pushy, demanding & rude. We weren't given time to look around. Every time we stopped at an item, the salesperson was right behind us telling us what we were looking at, though it was printed on the signs. The salesperson was told repetitively that if we had questions we'd ask but again we weren't given that opportunity. My husband & I weren't given any privacy to look or talk while we were looking around. This was my first time going here & this experience in no way made me want to go back. Sales jobs aren't for everyone. I can't get anyone from the home office (800#) to call me back concerning their sale advertisement for Easter weekend or to discuss our experience at the Red Springs location visited on 3/29/24. They were running an Easter sale ad 25% off. We were told financing was required to get the 25% off, but nowhere in the ad was this stated (bait & switch). I held off writing my review to give them time to return my call, but it's been 6 days & still nothing.

Our family has made a few major purchases from Farmers Furniture in Red Springs, NC and we have been very pleased with the products and service. The sales persons, the ones that take the payments and the ones that deliver and load the products, thank you, thank you!!! You're always greeted when you walk in and they're always ready to help you find what you are looking for, without the pressure.A special thank you to Mrs. Cindy and Mr. Luther. We just made major purchases a week ago and are truly enjoying them!! Lord willing, more of our family are getting ready to purchase from Farmers. I tell everyone I know, that Farmers is the way to go!!!! Products are made to last and we've never had an issue with any of our purchases, and the prices are great!! We will not go anywhere else, but Farmers. Thanks you for providing a great place to buy the products that every family at sometime will need and at the price that is affordable and with the option of monthly payments. God Bless you, Jesus Loves You!!!!! ✝️?
