Went here for help concerning my Samsung Flip 4.Did Not get the proper help or information.My phone had a manufacturer defect which fell under a warranty cause it was under the 1 year. There is no physical damage to my phone!The woman that was there at the time i went, misinformed me & wrongfully charged me $100 for a replacement phone through a different company.Did not receive a refund unfortunately!My replacement phone was supposed to be free!They should have given me an option to choose to go through asurion or file it properly the other way...instead of charging me the 100 dollars off the bat on the first time I came in! I had to come in 3 different times to this place.

Cherie was wonderful at helping me fix my billing issue/ issues that another store messed up and wouldn’t help me with. Highly recommend using this store in Randleman and will definitely be taking my business there from now on.

If I could give this store 100 stars I would. Had a pretty serious issue with Verizon over a returned phone. Been going on for a few months. I go into the store and Explain the issue to Shana Brown. From that point forward, she took over. 5 visits up there, several hours later, and I'm not sure how many people we actually talked to, the problem was resolved. She went way above and beyond to make sure this got resolved. This is an independent store and I highly recommend it.

My husband and I went in the store to purchase new phones. Shana Brown was absolutely wonderful. She was kind, patient, and understanding. She made the process stress free and answered every question we had. We will definitely continue to come here. We left with our phones completely working. Highly recommend this store to anyone.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Verizon is great but go to a corporate store. This store is sales driven and will try to get every penny they can. Go to a corporate store this is just a verified retailer.

It was excellent. The girls were great. Shana helped me restore my phone when it completely locked me out. I was unable to do anything with it. She was patient and understanding and very helpful. Thank you for your great staff.

It’s funny because I feel like I was tied to the whipping post but I have to say I also feel like I just won the lottery. Candace Reed at the Avon Randleman Verizon store was so amazing. She hung with me for a solid hour and a half talking to different representatives even from different companies to fix a problem with my phone that had been going on for a long time. We kept getting people that would try to pass the problem off on someone else and I just can’t say how patient she was and very detail oriented. She was amazing. She also was helping other clients while she was sorting through my problems. I can’t say enough good about her .There were a lot of people a lot of busywork. She is worth her weight in gold, and I think she would be an asset to any company. Nadine Wright

I had to take my dad there for his phone we got it at the Greensboro store on Wendover and the guy that sold the phone was barely capable of connecting the service up he was supposed to do a draft from my dads banking account and apparently he was not capable of doing it and my dad's phone got cut off and he needs that phone he is 85 years old and has breathing problems and if he goes outside and has a problem he needs to be able to call me or my neighbors

Shana Brown was very helpful. I had went to another Verizon store prior to her and they did nothing to help me. She was patient and so kind even when I was frustrated walking in. Thank you so much Shana you are an absolute sweetheart!
