I recently had a rather large problem with the engine of my truck that, fortunately, was covered by warranty. I took my truck to Thomas Tire in Randleman and they were absolutely PHENOMENAL! The warranty company caused all kinds of headaches, of course, but Zach and Lenesha handled all of it with professionalism, grace, courtesy and very little help from me! Zach especially kept me informed almost daily with phone calls and email updates about the progress on my truck and things I could do to speed the process along with the warranty company. You all did a fantastic job and I recommend Thomas Tire of Randleman to anyone looking for a quality, trustworthy, place with highly skilled mechanics and management that cares about their customers. Pass my kudos to the guys in the shop too...my truck runs perfectly! Thanks a million!

Got a puncture in a tire. Employees were nice and got right on it but refused to fix it. Thankfully they topped it off with air and didn’t charge me. Fixed it my self at autozone a mile away.

I called to make an appointment and the lady l talked with was very cordial. Took my truck to them, dropped it off and they did everything I asked and my truck drives like a new one.

3 stars, the alignment guy was absolutely amazing, but the tire guy was probably the last guy I would want touching my car. Imagine a blind guy trying to cook with no knowledge, that’s how it looked.

After visiting Thomas tire in Randleman for an estimate they originally said 1hr wait which was fine but then I noticed they pulled my car in and checked the problem within 5 minutes.My first visit with thomas tire in Randleman but that alone plus the friendly and helpful employees impressed me .thank you so much . I had an excellent experience here at Thomas Tire today. First of all, they took care of exactly what I came in for—nothing more, and nothing less. They didn't try to upsell me on things I didn't need, and they promptly took care of my tire replacement. I would like to make a special mention of Zachary, the guy who was working up front. I don't normally write reviews on Google, but he was so friendly and professional (both on the phone and in person) that I had to say something. Someone else was in the shop today giving him a hard time and being rude to him while I was waiting in the lobby. He handled it very politely and professionally. As soon as that customer left, Zachary answered the phone with the same friendly and customer-oriented demeanor that I experienced when I initially called. He didn't let the previous customer's negativity affect him at all. This guy needs a raise!
As a side note, the lobby and shop were neat and clean, smelled good, and there was complimentary water and coffee. The coffee was excellent—nice and strong (unlike most other free coffee).
Overall my experience today was great, and I will certainly be going here again. Keep up the good work ya'll!

I needed my master brake cylinder, power brake seal, and of course more brake fluid. I got off work went to Thomas Tire in Randleman and sat for 20 minutes by choice. The doors opened, I went in, explained my cars need and they checked it out right then. I had figured I would get an appointment They explained the problem, gave an amount, and how long it may take. They offered me a ride home, (I am very thankful for this service.) My car was ready that evening and they picked up and I had my car. They were all very pleasant, polite, and friendly. I greatly appreciate every last one of the employees at Thomas Tires in Randleman.

They didn’t go into detail of the bill, would not rotate tires, don’t stock any lug nuts what the hell is that. Let’s just say I won’t be back
