Unfortunately, the owner wouldn't open the store to my wife when she called asking what the hours of operation were because she was looking for one tie. He chuckled and said he wouldn't open for just one tie.

I needed a tie for a business meeting, Jim was fantastic, he took the time to find the perfect tie to go with my suit, and he gave me a great price. Jim reminded me of how customer service used to be.
