“I had desperately been trying to deal with an issue through customer service call center for weeks that just wasn’t getting resolved. Went in to the store as a last attempt to resolve. Everyone working there was so kind and listened empathetically of my situation and when I explained what happened with a warranty return, they explained the process clearly as to what may have happened. They took down my information and assured me they would look into it for me. The manager followed through with her word and contacted me back today with a resolution. By far the best customer service I’ve had.”

They had to order the chair, which came in right on time, and was delivered and set up exactly when they said it would be. So pleased with the whole experience of dealing with Aarons.My new super size chair is so comfortable. Easily fits me, 2 grands and a dog and cat, lol. I couldn't be any happier”
