last time coming to this walmart location. i've always had issues when it came to waiting 45 minutes+ for my groceries. today i received my order was ready for pick up at 4:48. 7:10pm comes and i finally get my order, i could not cancel my order because it was already processed. customer service wasn't any help and informed they can't do anything about it and will cancel my order if im waiting still after 8pm. never again.

I was at this location this morning, December 26 to buy a case for my cell phone. The lady who was in the area was on the telephone and it was clearly a personal call for the entire time I was there. She told me she could not open the case to sell me a phone carrier because she didn't have the key she then continued her personal conversation for the duration of my stay.

Worst customer service ever their service department told us to be there at 1 o'clock and as soon as we got there service advisor stated that they was not doing it no more oil change or assisting any more customers for the day .worst experience ever

The pharmacy is great! No line walk ins. Opens at 9am. Not 9:05 or 9:15 like some. Get your flu shot!

NEVER AGAIN!!! If you would like a stress free visit to Walmart this is not the place. Went on an emergency run at 10pm at 10:30 my mother and I were being screamed out of the store. I've never in my life been in a Walmart that was so chaotic. The employees are rude as hell, not to mention we are from out of town so all out of towners I suggest the one in Cary.

Needed someone to open the razor cabinet. Waited 20 minutes after talking to two employees. Then went and found the manager. She paged again and still no one came. Went and checked out and told the manager again! She shrugged her shoulders and offer no apology. Horrible customer service .

Just an absolute mad house. The store is enormous which is to be expected but It is overwhelmingly disorganized. It is extremely difficult to find what you are looking for without checking each isle individually or flagging down a salesperson for directions. Unfortunately The staff are incredibly difficult to track down. When I finally tracked someone down they didn't know where anything was. I had to ask four different people that worked there. It was pretty overwhelming for everyone.

Had a question about my pick up order. Supposed to be in the 6-7 time slot started calling around 4:50. Phone range for a while for the pick up area, called back and clicked 0 to speak to anyone, phone range for minutes again, tried to call pick up again, listened to it ring for a while again until I heard them pick up the phone and then hang up (I guess the endless ringing was getting annoying). It's now 530 and I'm still listening to it ring.. really pathetic.

THIS LOCATION IS NOT DISABILITY FRIENDLY. I'm disabled and under 25, and I was told I couldn't use the electric baskets. No benches anywhere.

Spend the time to fill out a complaint to corporate and within a week this Walmart will call to apologize and give you a $50 gift card. Score!

Always, always, always call in your prescription and do not walk in with it. This pharmacy is soooooooop slow. You could be there for hours!!!

Absolutely no carts available so I left. They didn't seem to care either. No Cart no buy. Pretty simple.
