My cat broke my favorite necklace and Walls Jewelers had it fixed and back to me so quickly! The price was also very reasonable. The owner even gave me a gift since it was my birthday!! These people are amazing and I would highly recommend!!

Great place for a watch repair in just a fair deal!! They have a partnership with a Rolex repair guy and although that's never an expensive, I don't feel like I was gouged, and my watch came back in great shape!

Mr. Larry Walls is the nicest and most fair person I have met in the jewelry business. He has great prices and a wide variety to choose from. I definitely recommend Walls for your "pretty" needs.

Visiting Raleigh from out of town for a concert and stopped in to have a couple of links taken out of my Citizen watch. First of all, Larry and Barbara were very welcoming from the moment we walked in. When the time came to remove the links, he even allowed me to assist so I could see the process for myself. After all was done, I expected to pay a minimum of $50, but he only charged $5, stating that after 37 years in business he has not changed his prices. If I could give more stars I absolutely would!

Here is my experience at Walls Jewelers, and it is customer beware!!!!The jeweler here at Walls can replace a battery in about half of all watch brands, which I accepted because it is cheap to be done there. The other half he wants to send out for a week to "his guy" and I declined. However, I did attempt to have one watch repaired in the manner. The watch was gone for months, I had to spur along the jeweler for any update, and had to wait weeks for its return. Then the watch came back to me IN WORSE SHAPE. I avoided that shop after that until today. I wanted to replace a battery in a company promotional watch (ie cheap), and he couldn't do it. Worse yet, he broke the watch band. He offered to pay for a replacement, if I spent my time chasing the parts. He refused to handle it, or have "his guy" handle it.To anyone reading this, do yourself a favor and go see a reputable jeweler who isn't just a tinkering old man wasting away his days.

I'm so happy other reviewers helped introduce me to this place. A side stone had fallen out of my wedding ring, and I was looking for an honest and professional jeweler to replace and repair it. I brought it to Walls and they were so friendly and knowledgeable. They had it done in just a few days and they did a beautiful job. The price was also extremely reasonable. I'm so happy! Thanks so much!

Very transparent in whether to fix my watches or not. We decided to get the the watch fixed. The watch had a complicated movement and I was impressed by how well and reasonably the work was done.

Five star /"diamond" store!! Skip the big box store or chain jewelry stores! Shop local at Walls Jewelers which crushes any other jewelry store in town with top notch friendly service, craftsmanship with jewelry repairs/custom work and most importantly price! Price is what you pay, value is what you get and you get both hands down making Walls a winner! They have an excellent choice of jewelry to diamonds, weddings bands/rings, to custom jewelry to repairs! Highly recommend, crushes anyone on price/value!

Had watch band adjusted. They did it quickly and the price was very surprisingly low. Plan on coming back for other items shortly.
