So their drinks are two for $5.50 however I go up to the the flip in front and get ready to check out only to be told oh we don't honor our price tags get that an app for that... What's next I might have to have an app to go to the restroom it's going to tell me how long I've been in there so that way they can boot me out. What's next is it going to be an app to be able to pump gas at the gas station pumps. Absolutely ridiculous way overpriced management really needs to get a hold of this issue or start getting rid of staff who can't honor what is an actual price tag so a lawsuit waiting to happen

Give Jack a raise!! A promotion!! Make him employee of the month!! SOMETHING. Jack is extremely respectful, funny, and helpful!! It was very unexpected to find someone who gives a true 5 star customer service experience! I thank Jack for my great experience!! He started out giving me advice on why I should use my sheetz card and how helpful it is and from there he continued to be very polite and a lovely person to have as my cashier!

I'm certainly a fan of Sheetz, just not this location. Occasionally I'll stop here for food or gas. Unfortunately recently I'd rather drive out of my way to a different gas station. The pumps at this location have declined. Several buttons don't work. Last visit most of the pumps were empty. Then when I found a functional pump, the buttons beside the main screen did not work. Most recently I used pump #3. The 88 button did not work nor did the buttons beside the screen. Thankfully the keypad buttons worked. I have not experienced issues inside. Sheetz offers an affordable, vast menu with good quality products and great customer service. I love the gas options (87, 88, 89, 93, flex fuel, and diesel) and guidelines. Advertisements at the pumps can be a tad loud, but you aren't there for long. This location is easy to see from the main road (Fayetteville Rd) with multiple entrances/exits from Banks or between Sheetz and Bojangles. Overall, Sheetz is a good option for affordable gas and food, just choose a different location.

Slowest sheets I ever been too, being g going to sheetz since they opened in nc and never had to wait 25 plus mins for my order, what happened multiple occasions now, I thought maybe the first time it was just because they were busy second time thought the same thing, but every time the employees are just running around in their look like they don't know what they're doing they were having to give multiple people their money back because they had to wait so long, this is ridiculous everyone I have ever been to I have never had to wait more than 5 to 10 minutes for my food and that's their and they're busy times.

Took 40 mins for them to make two hot dogs and mac nuggets. Absolutely unbelievable. 11/17/23 woman cook could care less about getting the food done. Come to find out it was behind the counter the whole time instead of the pick up ledge and never announced it was ready. Unbelievable.

Make sure you check your order before you leave the parking lot they have a new employee at the drive-thru every day and they cannot get the order correct.... They either give you the wrong item or they leave it out completely

They forgot to give me a few of my items and then never gave it to me when I asked for it and no refund (drive thru) also the customer service is horrible there they have an employee there that was rude to me the whole time

Don’t count it out because it sells gas! This location has a management team that cares and trains it’s employees to do the same. Food is ALWAYS delivered hot, fresh, accurate and at a reasonable price!❤️Some if my favorites are the sandwiches packed with fresh ingredients, the broccoli cheddar bites and the banana dark chocolate iced coffee!! You snooze and you lose on this one!!!!

Good people inside working their tails off, but the "bro" clientele thinks they own the place. Best to get in and out quickly, and avoid the stupidity in a "safety vest".
