Customer service is terrible.
Contacted customer service for a quote for wheel repair and breakdown of options when a very short reply was sent from Laura Norales. I have been trying sending messages for followup response for weeks now and she will not respond.
If customer service is any insight on how they operate then this place is a NO from me.

I bought a used car that had two rims with damage. The dealership arranged for Rimguard to fix them. I took it to Frank down at the Cary Auto Mall and in less than 30 minutes he repaired both rims. When I saw the finished product, I could not believe it. They look brand new. It was like magic. Frank was really nice and professional. Communication and scheduling was easy and great. I will be taking my wife's car to him next week to get one of her wheels fixed.

Sure looked great when I first got them back. Not sure what type of clear coat they use but beware after a few months your wheels may end up like mine. I spent a lot of money to have these refinished and this is what they look like after being stored in an enclosed storage unit and not even used. I’m so disappointed and feel like I was ripped off. Now I’m forced to sell them at a fraction of what I paid for the wheels and tires.

I visited the store to fix rim curb damage to my new car. Wow, after repair I could not figure out where the damage was. I highly recommend Rimguard for any rim related issues. They are the experts. Good work. Thanks.

Okay,bought my car in 2020 with the wheels damaged so i decided to repair them, Rimguard was recommended by my service advisor at lieth acura, had the job done and within a few months the wheels started fading. Took it to dealership but I decided to take my car into Rimguards actual shop, they repaired them job looks great. Today 3/30/2024 I noticed the same thing is happening again. It hasn't even been two months since my wheels were repaired, and I followed the techs instructions not to wash my car for one week.
I spent nearly $800 to have my wheels repaired and this dummy is suggesting that I drove through acid.

So I damaged my wife’s new rim in a parking garage. And I was recommended rimguard and they did an amazing job. Wonderful price that was close to 5x less than a new rim. I couldn’t recommend them enough.

Rimguard performed a wheel repair, and I've been very happy with the results. Was able to schedule service on short notice, repair performed while I waited, and the pricing was very reasonable. This was a welded repair on crack that was leaking air. I was very concerned with how such a repair would hold up, but it's been 6+ months with no problems.
Excellent service all around. Highly recommended for any wheel repair needs.

I had a terrific experience with Eric and Ricardo. I bent my rim by swerving off of the road, and a replacement rim was going to cost me $1400. They were able to repair it for only $125. Additionally, they helped me research tires, and rebates for those tires, even though they knew that I was purchasing the tires elsewhere. I didnt even ask, they just offered and were exceedingly helpful. Lastly, the tech that changed my spare left the anchor dangling underneath my car, which is very unsafe to drive that way. Eric offered to hand crank it back up so that it would be safe for me to continue driving. Truly amazing customer service and A+ work. I hope that I dont NEED to use them again, but I highly recommend their services to anyone!
