Incredibly fast mail service. I use them for a prescription that would be $100 per month via my CVS Caremark insurance, Oakridge is $35 per month. Wish they had online or auto-refill but the calls are always answered quickly and efficiently.

The prescription arrived quickly and I was give the option for home delivery or pick up. I went in, and was quickly served. The staff was very efficient and polite.

Have not received my prescription yet, however I have called 3 times to pay via Text and each time they said they sent me a link and nothing came through. We double checked my # each time and nothing. I'm not for sure what is the most concerning, the fact that my prescription information may have been sent somewhere else or the fact that the staff didn't seem to care each time I called. It's a little concerning that there appeared no effort to escalate after I expressed my displeasure/concern with their system malfunction. This is my first time with this Pharmacy and I can't be the only one that has had this issue? You really need to fix this payment issue. This doesn't look good as a first impression that you can't even provide a safe method of payment and don't seem to care.

Excellent non-chain pharmacy! They have MUCH better personal service than either CVS or Walgreens, and they sometimes carry (or can order) medications that the chain drugstores don’t offer. They also mail a prescription to your home, if you like, and it generally doesn’t take more than a couple of days to arrive.

Horrible customer service. I was referred here from my doctor's office. No one ever called me. When I called, a very rude female rushed through an explanation about my insurance and then hung up on me. No thank you.

I began using Oak Ridge Pharmacy in the last year. The service and support has been exceptional. The pharmacist, Dr. Kushall Khimji, is knowledgeable, helps to navigate insurance paperwork, and takes time to talk through side effects and other information related to the medicine being prescribed. You never feel rushed. The pharmacy also has free home delivery. Each staff member I have spoken with is courteous and responsive. Wonderful to have such strong customer care when increasingly our medical system is depersonalized.

Staff has always been super nice and they're great at calling to tell you that your refill is due! Added bonus-- they can ship to your house!!! Highly recommend!

Love these guys, soooo much better then your chain pharmacy’s!! Very professional , not hollering out your medication in front of everybody. I just can’t say enough about how thankful I am that I found Oakridge!!

Super friendly, responsive and professional. I went to them because my Dr. recommended them due to a brand RX needed. She mentioned they may be able to save me $$. Highly impressed with my first experience.
