I shop this store ALL OF THE TIME and typically have a decent experience however nothing is perfect, right? I placed an order for delivery today to be here between 5-6. I am having a dinner party at 8 and needed it to be here by 6 to be able to get everything completed. So, it’s 6 and no groceries, then 6:20 and no groceries… at 6:30 I called. I told the girl who answers the phone my name, that I had an order to be delivered by 6 but it’s not here. She says ok, asks my name again and then goes silent so I wait. I waited and waited then finally asked if she was there and no response. I tried this several times with the same outcome so I hung up. I called back, got another girl who I told my issue again. She said “ok” then it sounded like she was talking to someone and then it went quiet again. I asked if she was still there and there was no response, AGAIN and AGAIN. She finally responds and says “he’s looking to see if it was delivery or pickup”. So, apparently now I’m dumb and don’t know how to read my own order. I asked what that meant and her response was “he looking in the system”. I asked if she could put someone on the phone who will communicate with me and tell me what is going on with my order. She said yes and then went silent again ? so, I hung up and called back. Now’s she’s taking and says “he’s looking for your address”, excuse me, what? So, I confirm my address and then she’s says we will get you your order as soon as we can. Mind blown. I said I will just come and pick it up Which she communicated to whoever she was talking to, but never responded to me whether I could or not. I still have no idea when I’m gonna get my order and I am livid.

Although I love this store, the black kids working there are rude and obviously not happy to have a job. You’re met with an attitude, as though customers are bothersome. Especially at the deli and check stands. It’s ridiculous. I will no longer go to this store.

Recently started shopping here as relocated to the area. The produce is usually very fresh, love the prepped fruit & veggies. The guys in the meat department are fantastic and always helpful. They will approach you, if it looks like you are confused or looking for something.
I had a great experience at your bakery on Tuesday. Wasn’t sure what size cake I should purchase or the different flavors they offer. However, a young lady Alyssa helped me out. Very patient with me being I was extremely confused. The family loved the cake that evening. Always enjoy the different departments and all their offerings. Never leave empty handed!

Great store with lots of good selections and super helpful staff. Prices are average for the area. Love their selection of products and beer - this will be our go to grocery store.

Absolutely love shopping at Lowe's Foods! The store is always clean, well-organized, and stocked with a fantastic selection of fresh produce, quality meats, and specialty items. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, making every shopping trip a pleasant experience. Their unique offerings, like the Beer Den and SausageWorks, add a fun and personal touch to grocery shopping. Extremely nice grocery store with a great selection. Bar was busy with a pretty big social scene going on. Steaks were great. Looking forward to coming back but definitely not using their self check out ?
