Do not use this pharmacy if your filling any kind of controlled substance!!!!!!
They think they know more about your MENTAL HEALTH then the doctor that sent in the RX!
On more then one occasion they have denied me my medications that my dr sent in !!!
This pharmacy thinks that they know more then the dr!
News flash… your not a dr you just fill the prescriptions for the drs! !
Stop trying to pretend your more then you are!!!
I’ll never use this place again! It’s a shame because it’s the cheapest around!
But denying me my mental health CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE medication when the dr clearly sent it in is unacceptable!!!!!

I have used this pharmacy a bunch of times, and it’s honestly excellent! They are always quick and never make you wait long, they always answer the phone when you call too.

Worst pharmacy I ever tried. Takes a week to fill a prescription. Pharmacist said she is busy doing vaccines.

This store is on the bottom floor basically inside a parking garage. If you are claustrophobic definitely do not go here. The parking was an absolute nightmare. Most of the spots are reserved anyway. It's hard just to get inside the building.

I wasn't that impressed with Harris Teeter. Although they seem to have some unique items they also seemed to be more expensive. The Wegmans was a much better place to shop so I would choose that store over this one.

Great Pharmacists and staff. They are always so busy and almost impossible to contact via phone. They are extremely helpful though and always look for the best price on your med. I probably should give them a 5, but the phone contact situation drops it one. Highly recommend though and I pass several other Harris Teeter Pharmacies just to go to this one.

Going to Wegmans and Whole foods from now on. This place is not good. Poor customer service! I was there at this Harris today and saw two customers (without masks by the way) buying cigarettes, by breaking the line (coming from the opposite direction) to pay at the self checkout kiosks while we waited in line. One customer as I was about to start scanning jumped in front of me assisted by an associate Ashlee to scan her cigarettes. When I requested for the manager 3 times she said he's busy and I got to come back. Finally I called the store from outside and the manager Phil picked up and then I went in to talk to him. He stood right there with Ashlee to speak to me. He said he can't control customers here they feel they are entitled. What ??? It wasn't the customers it was his associates leading them into a chaotic way of jumping the line and then being rude if someone pointed it out.

I drive from Knightdale to shop at this Harris Teeter and I would normally give it 5 stars. However since Covid started Ive been using the app and ordering and while I would say I understand how many people they are servicing in truth it's gotten worse week over week as things have begun reopening Here are a few examples of order versus received: Limeaid requested and lime juice delivered Mild requested spicy provided Large Olive oil (on sale ordered) small option not on sale provided I hope it gets better just so I can rank them up to 5 stars as they are my favorite grocery store in the area.

The people working here clearly do not care about their customers. The pharmacy staff pressured me into accepting the wrong price for my medication on more than one occasion. The staff doesn't seem to want to be there and there's usually something wrong with the lighting.

I have always liked Harris Teeter. Used the one on Raeford rd in Fayetteville for years. This one is in Midtown in Raleigh and I love the parking, so convenient. The hot dinner bar could have used some freshing up, had sat there for awhile and it was about 6:00 when I was there.

Some of these checkout people remain after multiple reports of misconduct by numerous people. They have literally laughed when I've come through checkout with a white cane or my service animals/ guide dog - not emotional support. Real deal. I ask what the total is and they make gestures or I say I can't read that and I am gestured again, "it is right in front of your face". Has the staff not been trained? Just because you do not comprehend my physical, not mental, disabilities, is it up to you decide? Then, they laugh. They pack pick ups right in front of the main door in no parking zones. I am giving one star only because the cheese and meat departments are stellar. They always help and do not come across as bothThe front desk is iffy as are the cashiers. There are two cashiers that stand out. But, that is their personality, not store policy. Store policy seems to be that they can't control anything- inside or out. That is incorrect. Update: Again Harris Teeter allows individuals to park in no parking to load pre preferred groceries when there are designated spots available. "Not our problem" said the manager, laughing it off while the assistant manager called my white cane a "walking stick". How about some training for your employees? How about you put blind folds on your employees and say - go for it. Navigate our store.
