5 stars for my experience at Fantastic Sam's in Wakefield. My stylist was Amy and she was wonderful. They were very busy, but she juggled answering the phones, welcoming customers, and cutting my hair with ease. The team here all work together to make sure everyone who walks in is well taken care of. Amy took her time giving me a quality cut and made sure that it was perfect before I left her chair. Highly recommend Amy and this location!

I just love my hairstylist Becca. She is awesome and loving and does a wonderful job. The other ladies are warm welcoming and friendly as well

I had a haircut today at Fantastic Sam's on Falls of Neuse. My stylist was Crystal and she did a phenomenal job of cutting my hair. She was very precise and gave me a great cut. I will be returning again.

Shared on Nextdoor too!! I'd like to give a huge shout out to Rebecca at Fantastic Sam's at the Falls of Neuse location! You almost wouldn't know it's there in that small shopping center. I went in there with three photos of side view/front and back of cuts of what I had in mind for a cut I wanted and she pulled it together for me so nicely! She also did my highlights and gave me great advice on whether to spend money to get a full set of highlights or keep the dark in the back/sides for a nice contrast/low light. I'm not trying to advertise, but I know how hard it is for some of us to find a really great stylist! She's been doing hair for 30 years folks!

I really like Fantastic Sams.... but I use to have the mgr cut my hair- and she is fabulous. But, hard to make an appt with her, so I tried a new girl. Gave her 3 tries - showed her a photo - and she cut my hair waaaayyyy too short - and didn't look like the photo at all. Feel like I have a hair cut for a 6 year old. Luckily, its winter, and I can wear a hat most of the time. Going to have to go back to have the mgr cutting my hair. But, feel butchered until my hair grows out.

I love this salon - such friendly staff and welcoming vibes. Crystal gave me a great style for my work Christmas party. My hair does not usually hold curl well but she did a great job and it actually stayed curled through the party! Thanks so much!

They always do a great job and at a very reasonable price! It’s worth the 4 dollars over great clips- and there usually isn’t a wait if you go on weekdays at this location. Very friendly staff!

My son needed a haircut, but usually they don’t pick up the phones. Drove here and the doors are locked and lights out. Hours on door saysMom-Fri 10am-7pm. We pulled up at 5pm.

I got a cute short bob cut and style by Carol and I love it. I tried different salons and paid high prices but I wasn't happy with final result. So I decided to go for a cheaper salon since I had no success. I am so happy I decided to try this place and I finally found a stylist Carol, who know how to work with my hair. I have fine, soft short hair. Thank you Carol for a great job you did. Me finally happy!
