Beyond satisfied with this jeweler! Susan helped me design a lovely ring using the diamond from my mother's engagement ring. In addition, she provided advice about some other family pieces that I have. She is a pleasure to work with and the piece I ended up with surpassed my expectations. I cannot recommend her enough. Susan, the owner, helped me design the perfect custom engagement ring using stones we already had. She worked with my drawings as well as making great suggestions on how to tie it all together. I couldn't be happier with the result, and I smile every time I look at my hand! Thinking back, I'm so glad that I went the custom route with Susan rather than just picking something out of a catalog. She really made it a personal experience!
