From start to finish, their team was professional, efficient, and extremely careful with my items. They handled the crating of delicate equipment with precision, ensuring everything was well-protected. I used this great team several times for moving industrial equipment across the country. Their customer service is second to none and I always knew what was going on with my shipments. I used Craters & Freighters to pack and ship two large artworks that needed crating. They picked up the artworks from my studio and took them to their facility for packing, which took about a week. The parcel arrived safely at its destination just one day after it was shipped, and Esther immediately followed up by email to ensure the package had arrived undamaged. Their customer service was prompt, and their rates were much more reasonable than larger competitors. The person whose name is on the invoice is the same person who answers the phone and emails. If you prefer human contact over the life-draining "your call is important to us" hall of mirrors that is the modern corporate customer service experience, I highly recommend this company.

We needed to ship airbag to Australia. Crater and Freighters were prompt on getting us taken care of. Ashley handled the process start to finish and explained all she was doing through the steps. We highly recommend using them.

Our experience with the company began last year with the shipment of priceless family heirlooms as part of an estate distribution. The company had been chosen by another party. We were impressed. When it came time to settle another estate, our first choice was Craters & Freighters. We were glad to know they have offices all over the country. All items were safely packed in protective wrapping, sturdily crated, clearly kept in clean facilities and trucks because all the items were clean looking [minimal dust], smelled clean and in the same condition as when they were pick up. They're not inexpensive but if you're needing the ship valuables, the 'white glove' treatment is the way to go. You will never regret it. Thank you Craters & Freighters.

I had checked with several places before choosing Craters and Freights to ship an oversized and precious painting 600 miles away. Kathryn Lennon, the owner actually went out of her way to make sure every single step of this process was undertaken to perfection! The group who received the artwork said they had never seen anything so well packed and crated (and they receive many)! I am so grateful for Kathryn's help! Regarding any and all future shipments, she and her company are the ONLY people I will work with!!! Thank you, Kathryn!!!

If I could give this company, Craters & Freighters, and its owner Kathryn Lennon, 10 STARS, I would. I just had an oversize painting shipped 600 miles away to a large organization and the staff there who unpacked said - they had NEVER EVER SEEN an artwork (and they have seen lots) PACKED SO WELL!!! I interviewed several places before I chose Craters & Freighters and although some were good, NO ONE took as much time and trouble as Kathryn did to make sure everything went PERFECTLY - and delivery was even AHEAD OF SCHEDULE, which is a real big deal, these days. They are my #1 choice for shipping!! Can't recommend them highly ENOUGH. MY SINCEREST "THANK YOU"!!!! TERI FRIEDMAN

This company has the very best Customer Service of all packers and shippers I have used shipping art in the past 40 years. They are happy to accommodate special requests and do so with a smile. Its a pleasure working with them, as they not only go above and beyond what is expected, but they are efficient, speedy and professional, as well. I highly recommend them.

I used Craters and Freighters to protect high value equipment to be shipped from USA to Italy. One item was a Helicopter that has the only ballistic safety parachute, the other was a high speed cartoning machine. Their team arrived on time and performed the work quickly, and efficiently. I would highly recommend them

This Craters & Freighters location is one of, if not the best around. Great communication response times and willingness to work with our specific packaging requirements on certain items.
