I've pumped gas at this location for the past 3 months and the cashiers were young adults, polite, professional, store and grounds were clean

Employee was ringing another employee up and talking forever about something while 2 customers were in line….then I get up to register and the same employee trying to buy something started talking about it again and making me wait to cash out. Then my 2 pack discount didn’t work because I couldn’t enter my phone number, when I just bought 2 packs at a different circle k and was able to enter my number…..the rude employee just assumed that the phone number discount was no longer available…..smh!!!

There is always a sign on the door with an excuse as to why they are not open. They are always closed and have horrible customer service! Go to right down the st to a better experience

Horrible experience and nasty attitude from the second I walked in the lady at the register looked at me with disgust but I said to myself maybe she just look like that, I asked a carton of cigarettes she grabbed a pack I nicely said sorry a carton please she yelled at me I know! You have to pay first then she will ring them up, I’m not kidding I froze for a second to process then said actually never mind she said fine. It’s been 3 months I’ve waited to cool off I don’t like leaving bad reviews especially a small business but this felt like an assault. Disgusting

Look I didn't mean to give them 1 star y'all I'm going to tell you this my last day going to circle k... Couldn't even use the bathroom...look every circle K I go to capital Blvd , poole Rd , creedmor Rd, they need to do better, The employee rather throw a out of order sign on stuff they don't want to refill.. can you imagine the cashier on Capitol Blvd told me they have supplies but she didn't have time to get it... This the 4 time this happen smh .. Don't waste your time or money

My teenager tried to get gas after work out in her debt card and the pump wasn’t working so she canceled and went to walk inside. The worker turned off the outside lights and locked the doors while she walked to the door. This is a 24hr store! So she went to the circle k next door sees the man unlock the door and turn lights on and then can’t get gas because they had taken out a $101 hold on her account even though she pumped none! When I call no one will answer!

Never once have the cash or credit cost of diesel match what the pump reflects. The cost is usually 15 to 20 cents more than they show. Staff always says we need to update that....gave them the benefit of the doubt 3 times now. Always been wrong. Will never be going here again.

No public restrooms. After visiting the Shell across the street and finding no public restrooms I tried this place. Had to make two u-turns in busy traffic, sit at a light and finally scurried in here hoping for some relief only to get called out to by the clerk. You decide. Should gas stations who won't treat people like humans get your business?

Coffee was cold as hell!!!! If I wanted ice coffee I would have went to Sheetz, or Dunkin donuts, there wasn't even any lids for the cup of coffee I had, disappointed, they need to tighten up

Horrible experience. Went to get gas. I walked in and a cashier with dreads was on her personal cellphone. It wasnt my concern so i said nothing. I put 2 pks of candy up, asked for $20 on pump 3 and gave her my discount gas card for .5cent off. While checking out, cashier still on phone. Go to car to pump and it says pay cashier inside. I walk back inside and stated i asked for 20 on pump 3. I looked at my receipt and she didnt even ring my gas up at all. Why? Because she was ON THE PHONE not paying attention and she also REFUSED me gas. Horrible service. 0 review

Dont forget to use your shell discount card for $0.03 off your gas. Typically a lil busy here but prices always competitive.
