If I could give a zero I could. Rude and unhelpful. The vibe is that they are busy and I was just an inconvenience. Surprised by this because of all their 5 star reviews. Now I am wondering if they just didn't hire a marketing company to write them... I walked out.

I cannot give a higher review for Browns! They have worked on both our cars and are always fast, efficient, honest and a job well done. Our most recent experience they went above and beyond by staying open after hours to help us remove a nail and plug a tire late on a Friday that we discovered in our way out of town! Brian is always more than accommodating and a true example of incredible customer service in a time where to most places you are just a #…..I will continue to send them all my business and referrals. Well done Browns!!! ??????

Brian is incredibly helpful. I have had issues with my cars check engine light and brown’s alignment was able to get things fixed. Reasonable prices, time efficent, and kind folks!

Brown's is the best! My wife and I have five vehicles and we take them all to Brown's for all regular maintenance. They have maintained two of my vehicles for years, each has over 250,000 miles. There's a reason why they still run like new - excellent service. We get our tires there as well. If you are looking for a high quality, honest automotive shop -- you've found it! 5+ stars

Awesome place to get your automobile fixed, easy to work with and they do their best to fit you in. I was 10 hours away from home had a front bearing go out. They had me back on the road within 12 hours. ???

Excellent service, price and great communication. We live in Charlotte- our daughter is a student at NCSU. She was unable to get her car to start - we had no idea where to send her- she was given a referral to Brown's.
They were great in assisting in her with a tow and taking care of the repairs within a few hours - thank you so much !!

I had a great experience with Brian and his team recently and can attest that they stand behind their work. Browns was persistent in diagnosing and repairing a difficult pully/belt issue and Brian was super accommodating throughout the process.
