They lost my expensive shirt and haven't received any reimbursement. Keep saying secretary is out of town and will come back after holidays. Stay away from this place.

Over half of the washers are broken meaning you can use either the massive washers for $8.25 a piece or the minuscule ones that wash barely half a load. Absolutely embarrassing business with no good alternatives.

They can lose your clothes and not bother to find it. And if they did not find it, they Owner will refuse to contact you or compensate for his negligence.You can write him, or get agencies to write him about his negligence, but he will not reply!They are not accountable if they damage or unable to find your Suits. This is Un American and deplorable.

Worst experience ever..Owner is nonreachable and not professional at all.. I dropped off several items 2 get cleaned..they called me on the pick up day to tell me that one of my jackets had a rip and that they never cleaned..the jacket had 3 long rips on the arm and on the side..was not that way when I dropped it off..and they tried to swear to me that they never touched it and it brought it in that way..I brought jacket back following week and the associate could tell that it had been cleaned and gave me a form to fill out to get it repaired..3 weeks go by still no phone call..popped up one morning and got the owner who said the seamstress was on vaca and would be back Monday..Jacket dropped off in February...After several phone calls and pop ups..they finally fixed my jacket..and I picked it up..IN SEPTEMBER..NO PHONE CALLS OR TEXT letting me know it was ready..I just happened 2 pop up again..STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE...Horrible

Dropped off a new silk blouse (only worn once) for cleaning. Blouse was returned with holes in the underarm and along the seam and frayed along the front and back. Completely ruined and can't be repaired. I spoke with the attendant at the front who was very helpful and asked me to email the owner with details and pictures of the item. She explained that the policy was for reimbursement up to 10x the cost of cleaning, so approximately $40. It doesn't cover the cost of my blouse, but it is better than nothing. I have emailed the owner 5 times over the last 2 months and he has NEVER responded. I have called the store several times and each time I am assured that the owner will call me to settle the issue but he never has. I guess he just hopes that unhappy customers will just go away if ignored long enough. AVOID THIS DRYCLEANER! There is another discount dry cleaner directly across the street that provides MUCH better service for the SAME price.

I went to pick up my Daughters brand new dress and they had given it away. My husband feels am employees took it but we do not know that for sure, we just know it’s gone. I as told to chalk it up ad a lost.

They lost two of my pants and did not bother to call and take responsibility. It's been about 3 weeks since the pants along with other coats were taken there . Still no effort from them to find it or take responsibility. I am disappointed!

See reviews from knightdale location. DO NOT USE THIS CLEANERS. THEY RUINED MY KNIG SIZE COMFORTOR 500 DOLLARS. THEY WILL NOT EVEN TALK TO ME. WHEN I CALL FOR THE MANAGER THE PEOPLE ACT SCARED TO DEATH/ HER NAME IS MARIA. SHE IS NOT THE OWNER BUT THEY WILL NOT TELL ME WHO THE OWNERS ARE BUT I HAVE WAYS OF FINDING THIS OUT. MARIA EVEN SAID "how do I know she didn't take it home and wash it!!!! CRAZY HUH!!!! WHY WOULD I DO THAT????? AFTER I PICKED IT UP FROM THERE FOR CLEANING. Update from previous review.. picked up 1/13/2023 said she worked hard on my stains… I sprayed my sweatshirt with spray and wash one hour later guess what stains out… I knew she didn’t wash the shirt at all… the owner refused to give me a refund I specifically asked that stain be removed from my gap sweatshirt and the makeup stain be removed from the inside of my cream shirt… I picked up my shirt and there are more stains on my shirt that to wasn’t even washed but they pressed a dirty shirt…First and last time at this so called business… trashy business and owner for not giving me a refund it’s the principle… people please continue to right reviews bad or good experiences with this neighborhood businesses… you notice in the reviews she don’t say thank you for the 5 star reviews…that says a lot about the owner!!! ?️My review is not here from earlier today… so I hope I can save someone else from getting ripped off by this companyService: Special care fabric cleaning

If you love your clothes please do not bring them to this store. They ruined a $500 piece and deliberately put it aside separate from the rest of the clothes dropped off. Their solution was to offer $60 store credit. If I was not meticulous with checking the clothes I picked up, they would have totally acted like I am the one who lost the clothes. Also they claim they asked us to sign a waiver but they did not. They claim we brought in a ruined garment and are blaming them for something they haven’t done. Terrible business owner with poor customer service. How can one bring in a $500 white garment and not point out stains. Do not take your clothes to this store and the owner needs to stop asking me to take down this review.Also they had the audacity to say that the garment is only worth about $75 and I had to produce a receipt to prove the value (for reimbursement) meaning they totally don’t regard items brought to their store

The management of this business is so unprofessional. They ruined my wife's sweater, and tried to steal our clothes. When we asked to speak to the owner to resolve the matter the employee told us no one has her bosses number. We called the police to come help us with the situation only then was she able to provide the owners number to the police, the police officer he would call us to resolve the matter and never did. After the fact they sent us an email denying responsibility. I would advise you to take your business elsewhere or take a chance with your washing machine if you love your clothes.

My first visit they lost two shirts ($100 each). It is my fault that I didn't check my cleaning before I left...it was a large amount of clothing. When I discovered the loss I went back. The lady was completely unhelpful. She blamed it on me. And would not let me see if I could find the shirts in her back room.I won't be back. Cheap price doesnt help if you lose clothing.

Excellent service from the staff. Prices were always fair. Took care of my clothes and never had any problems.Used the laundromat as well. Never had any problems.
