On the fence. Trying to purchase a floor model treadmill. Presented a document asking me to waive my rights for damages during delivery. Seems shady.

I had a great experience with US Fitness in Charlotte. Specifically I worked with Randy Perkins and he was tremendous from the initial product introduction to the completion of our new home gym. We did full flooring, and several pieces of Hoist Fitness equipment. Installation of the flooring was great as well. Randy kept me updated during this entire time and made scheduling of installation a breeze. The install team was first rate - no damage, no complaints, and everything is working. Thank you for the great service and care. We are excited about the new gym! THANK YOU RANDY AND TEAM! Overall I could not be more satisfied with US FItness as a company and this Charlotte team of experts.

My husband and I recently moved to Charlotte and wanted to create a LifeFitness brand equipment gym, as we both prefer that equipment. We were recommended to Randy Perkins at US Fitness in Pineville after traveling all over Charlotte and not finding what we wanted. We hit the bullseye with Randy and US Fitness Products. Randy was excellent in the store. He directed us to a few options on the equipment we wanted, and we subsequently purchased an elliptical, a bike, a weight machine, flooring for the space and some exercise balls, all perfect for the space in our home. Randy arranged to have the flooring installed and was great in working out a schedule on getting the gear transported and installed in our home. His install crew was top notch and friendly too. We are so happy with US Fitness Products and Randy's help, knowledge and friendly attitude and recommend him, his install crew, and his store highly to anyone.

Randy was extremely helpful when we were researching equipment for our home gym. We visited a couple other stores in Clt and US Fitness had the best selection and were the most knowledgeable. While we had to wait a few wks for products to arrive, install went smoothly and we love our equipment. Would highly recommend.
