Had a 2021 Lexus NX300 damaged and they fixed it right up! Took care of the rental car and was incredibly thorough and professional and fair priced. Fantastic craftsmanship - couldn't even tell it was in an accident! Service and communication top notch! Unfortunately, I have another vehicle in need of repair and guess who I'm telling my insurance company to go to? PPB Collision. Local. There's history and pride in their work and it shows!

They did an amazing job fixing the dent/paint on my sons car. And they wouldn't even it bring it out to us until they had it buffed to a high shine. It was also done really quickly. The price was completely reasonable and the staff friendly and knowledgeable. Totally recommend them

Dropped car and they kept it fir two weeks and did nothing. Promised the moon and the stars. Thats a loooong time to keep a car. Seemed nice and friendly, but I had to keep calling and calling fir updates. Did no work….said the car was fine. Wrong! Be careful

These people are a disaster. They will lie to you and tell you anything you want to hear.
After they fixed the truck,we drove it and the fenders fell off on the highway .They promised one week after one month it still wasn’t fixed. It’s been going on for months now and all they do is lie to you. I highly recommend going somewhere else. We have an electrical issue that they do not know how to fix. They tell us to drop the truck off and after three days, they still haven’t worked on it yet. I find it hard to even give them one star

Repeat customer alert!
I have been to PPB yet again. The 1st time was Jan of 2020 (pre-covid). Excellent service that time, and again, this most recent time. The quality of service is always very good and very professional. I can tell, like most things now, how much supply chain issues affect businesses, but even when they have delays with parts coming in, they always communicate and do everything to try to accommodate and minimize inconveniences as much as possible.
They made dealing with insurance companies less of a hassle and keep things as simple and straightforward as possible. I would definitely recommend.

I’ve had myriad opportunities to go to PPB Collision fortunately . This time as usual the shop has truly been a life saver for me. They repaired my car But the light in this unfortunate event of need was PPB Collision. The owners are AMAZING!!!! In receiving my car back it looked better than when I initially purchased it. Shout out to Casey. The quality of work is compared to none. I will ONLY trust my car to them. The workers are meticulous about their work. My car was returned cleaned , vacuumed and smelling wonderful. Hats off to them.

I got in a VERY minor t bone accident. Came here upon recommendation. This is family owned and operated business, so I empathize with them in a way. They lied about turn around time every week I called. A week turned into a 2 month service. Not to mention my car left with new damages, once I got it back. They did a beyond poor/sloppy job. Please do not go here. No one has reached out almost 6 months later to fix damages they made.

Long turn around time and they caused more damage then good. There were several mistake made at this shop and I’m still fixing issues on my car. I went to this shop in October of 2022. I got my car back in December 2022. Someone hit the side of my Mustang convertible. 2 to 3 months after I received the car back I left the car parked out front, instead of in the garage and rain got in the car (on the driver side only). That let me know that the something wasn’t put back on the car properly (the side of the car that was hit I may add). I was having surgery days after I discovered the issue so I was unable to take the car back to the shop at that time. Once I recovered from the surgery and I was able to drive the drivers side window went out due water damage. The side bumper has popped out yet again and I’m still having issues with the front drivers side (window, paint, hood). They didn’t put the car back together properly (I was told by the front desk lady that the car was taken apart when being worked on). I don’t recommend this location

I highly recommend PPB Collision and repair the folks are fantastic, I wish I could give them 6 stars Casey and her team are the best, my wife's 2008 Pontiac Solstice had a run in with a deer the parts are very hard to find insurance would not cover it ALL the big collision centers in Charlotte wouldn't touch it but Casey and her team did not blink an eye, I told Casey that my wife's mother who died from ovarian cancer gave that car to her it is more than a car to my wife it is memories.....Casey looked at me and said WE GOT YOU! they fixed it and it looked like new my wife was in tears all day so, yes there is a Santa and her name is Casey!! Casey and Team Thank you guys so much I cannot tell you how much that repair meant to us!
