I ordered shoes online and it states on their website that I can return them in store and get a refund. They refused to refund me and gave me store credit instead. The store credit I received was $10 less than what I paid for the shoes. Avoid this place at all costs.

The manager was racist towards my friends mother. I see that their customer service is also not up to standard by any means from other reviews. I hope the manager and neglectful employees face the appropriate consequences.

The store manager doesn’t love her job and is very hurtful and arrogant in treating her customers. All the other employees were cringing at her racist remarks against her customers who was only trying to buy shoes for her kids and understand the return policy, telling her to go to a different store cause she’s in charge of this one and to speak better English. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!!!!

This is the worst store in the charlotte area. Incredibly racist manager. Would never go back here again and would advise you to go somewhere else if you a) want good customer service and b) don’t want to be treated like a pest.

ABSOLUTELY the WORST establishment I’ve ever been in!! Manager was racist and RUDE, and the staff were just as bad. Will never be stepping foot in here again and neither should anyone else!!

Not only was the paying register broken, but the manager was racist and arrogant in describing this to her customers (my mother) to speak better English. The other workers there apologized so much for her, but she was adamant in making hurtful remarks around the customer and her kids, telling her to leave the store and to go to another one. Would NOT recommend!!!! ????

Customer service is trash & employees are rude. 5 people at the register and not 1 will acknowledge you or ask can i help you. Whoever the manager here is really needs to focus on their employees customer service skills

These people really need to focus on customer service!!!! Have been in there twice within the last 2 weeks and was not greeted nor asked if I needed anything! These situations occurred during the week when they were not busy! I don’t know who the new general managers or store managers are now but they sure are not making their employees focus on customer service anymore!! Definitely not the same DTLRs from back in the day!!!
