Went into thier office to tow a semi out for our customer. Ask a simple question and get cussed at. Terrible place the old man idk if the owner or runs the place has a terrible attitude at talks to people like they are trash too bad you can't give negative stars. Seems to be a toxic workplace have nothing good to say about that place

The best towing service in Charlotte. We called 6 places beforehand that we're not responsive. They got right on the phone, and within 30 minutes, they were helping us with my vehicle. Making sure I was safe before heading out. I am so grateful to this company. Customer service couldn't have been better, and now I know who to call should something happen again!

Very Happy with the service of Will with Dellinger! After a horrible deal for a car that down, he managed to locate me, give great advice, and handled the situation overall with excellence! If I had to get a car towed, I'm glad it was with him and Dellinger!

I just want to say thank you to the service and customer service team. I got into a pretty bad accident and when I came to get my car and have it towed to an auto body repair shop they offered it and it was on a Friday that I came. They told me they couldn't tow my car until Monday morning but wouldn't charge me extra storage fees and I really appreciate that. I asked a lot of questions since this is my first time and dealing with this alone and they were super nice. Thank you for being reliable in that sense it means a lot since I know this will be costly on my end. Thank you for your kindness in the process of getting my car back to where it was!

They stole the title outof my glove box. They stole my back up camera out of my center console along with little neon lights that were in it. Not having the title meant the car had to sit and collect 35 a day till I got the new title. Theiving company and would not recommend them to anyone. Horrible experience.Service: Car towing

Car accidents are scary! When my 87 year old mother was involved in one (not her fault), Casey was the Dellinger Tech that arrived at the scene. He was calming and communicated the unfamiliar towing process to us with such clarity. We knew where the car was going and who was covering the cost. We were comfortable turning it over to him. The next day, we had to go to the Tow lot to empty the totalled car of ALL personal belongings. Nickie was at the desk and as friendly as could be. She too answered all of our questions and arranged a golf cart on-site shuttle to the car. The young gentleman driving the shuttle was very pleasant and waited patiently for us to complete the task at the car. I hope we don't need towing services often, but if we do I'd be relieved to see a Dellinger truck pull up!

We went to get some things out of my vehicle as well as to see the damages. We were assisted by Casey who was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. My name is Will Davis & I had a very good experience with Casey Carpenter, who towed my vehicle to Toyota Town & Country on Tues, Apr 11, 2023. I was impressed with his professionalism & demeanor. He was caring, kind, respectful , polite, competent & a true gentleman. Casey handled my car meticulously, so that he wouldn't cause any further damages, which was greatly appreciated by me. I was unfortunately in an accident and hurt, therefore; I hadn’t seen my car due to being injured. The staff at Delliger was very helpful and friendly. I arrived to collect my belongings and the ladies took care of me quickly. The gentleman who escorted me to my car was empathetic and helpful not to mention kind. I was in tears when I saw the damage.. this employee helped us carry my belongings and even took pictures for me. Thank you Dellinger for employing people who know the meaning of customer service.

My trailer was taking here by accident they are the rudest people I ever encounter in my life . The lady is the front office has some issues very crazy lady. I had to asked to to please let me change a tire from my dump trailer because they said I couldn’t do it inside that I had to push it out of there when I paid my money to get the dump trailer out . If they have the chance they will still your car if they can.Service: Car towing
