I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door and Frank helped me out right away anything all my questions.
They just happened to have a 60V Greenworks on sale that would serve my purpose. Frank was very thorough and even opened the box and making sure everything was in there. He then aided me in checkout and helped carry it to my car.

“First time we went was Wednesday and we were assisted by Ramiro and John. Who helped grab sand bags and load up our minivan. They were very friendly and sweet to our wild toddlers. We went back Friday and Tristan and Quelle welcome us and offered to help. We told them we came earlier this week and know where everything was. They understood but observed the large quantity of sand and rock we were purchasing and offered to load up our van. That is what I call customer service! While we made our way to check out they chatted with our children and made them laugh. The garden section closed while we were shopping so the gentlemen reassured us and led us to where we could check out. We love some Southern Pines Lowes”

“Admittedly they don't have the largest stock when you compare to other home stores in the area. But what they lack in inventory they more than make up for inconvenience as well as your niche product selection. As the only hardware store in Pinehurst they found a gap in coverage and they carry many products that aren't found anywhere else in the area. On top of that they are price is competitive with their competitors”
