I walked in last Thursday and spoke with a young fellow last name of Roberts about a project that I had wanted to get into regarding my dad's old truck. He stated that I would hear from him or the owner by close of business that day. Four days later, I have not heard a peep, unless they called from an obscure number and did not leave a message. They could have just called and said that they were not interested, that I could deal with.............

I almost LOST EVERYTHING BECAUSE OF PRECISION AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR!!Why?When I got my oil changed in June 2023 alongside tire rotation, THEY TOLD ME NOTHING ABOUT THE SHAPE MY TIRES WERE IN!Fast foward to July 2023. I was getting off work when my I got a low tire pressure gauge signal on my dashboard. I went to Toyota Raleigh to get it looked at. Turns out, there was a screw on my tire.BUT IMAGINE MY SUPRISE WHEN THEY TOLD ME MY TIRES WERE WELL IN THE RED ZONE! THEY EVEN SAID MY TIRE TREADS WERE GONE AND EVEN HAD DRY ROT! I HAD TO GET ALL FOUR TIRES REPLACED IMMEDIATELY!PRECISION, YOU SHOULD HAVE NOTICED AND TOLD ME MY TIRES WERE GOING BAD BECAUSE YOU DID TIRE ROTATION! BECAUSE OF YOUR INCOMPETENCE, I COULD HAVE LOST MY CAR ALONG WITH MY LIFE!!! WELL, GUESS WHAT?! YOU WILL NEVER SEE ME AGAIN!!!TL;DR: By not telling me my tires needed to be replaced, I could have DIED in a crash. Because of that, you lost a customer.
