This place has the absolute worst customer service I have ever seen in a business. I've been here a dozen times and every time it is a new employee with another terrible attitude, they literally won't greet You won't talk to you won't say anything other than how much the prices ,last time I went in there, they didn't even acknowledge me.2 employees ,which are sitting down on their phones. Eating fried chicken and only said something to tell me The price I bought 3 glass pieces ,And they just gave him to me in my hand not wrapped up in anything They generally do not care about their job. The clearly dont care about customers or the products and it is very obviousTheir pieces are extremely cheap. I dropped mine on a couch cushion and it broke

Great shop but even better help!Trinity has went above and beyond both in her customer service,and her product knowledge every time I have been into the store.Always friendly, always helpful and always makes my experience in this store enjoyable and personable.Trinity deserves a raise!

The absolute worst customer service you would ever receive. Every time you go in, it's a new employee. And they are rude do not care about their job and will not stop eating or getting off their phone for long enough to help you. If the employees and the owner genuinely don't care about this business, why would you You see nothing but negative comments on here with someone porbaly the owner replying.,,' Come back in so we can get your service', That is a joke ,clearly they do not care with that copy and paste response

Far from any other clouds locations, the tender knows nothing of the product they sell and aren't friendly at all, more interested on their phone instead of customer.Go to a different location.

Ever since the young lady with the red hair left I can't stand coming in here. The workers now seem like they are bothered by you being there. I come here now out of convenience, that's all. Bought a awful tasting vape juice from them yesterday. Called today to tell them it literally made me sick on the first hit. Asked if they can do anything for a exchange. The response I got per her manager is “we do zero returns”...... Cool. Well, I will be coming back here zero more times, Sayonara.

I’m in here at least twice a week, and no matter who is there, the customer service is amazing! I love the younger crowd working here. They are so friendly, professional, yet relatable.

I walked in one day feeling depressed needing a fix, walked in to this little smoke shop and they put me on everything i needed. A1 customer service, 10/10 would probably come back.
