I went to M&R and felt like they didn't want my business went Extreme Automotive I feel like I had nothing to worry about he listened to me and he addressed my problem and I couldn't believe he fixed everything and it was so cheap from start to finish they took care of me I'm a customer for life thank you Steven

I’m coming at this from a different angle, as I worked for a company that does contractor work for Xtreme Auto. I can confirm what everyone is saying about the owner being extremely rude and unprofessional. He loses his mind if you say anything he doesn’t want to hear. At one point he tried putting himself up like he wanted to fight. When I didn’t back down, he started walking into his shop to hide. Told him I hope he doesn’t treat his customers this way… judging by the other reviews, it appears he does. Unless you want an anger management patient working on your car, I’d go anywhere else but there.

ZERO STARS My parents and many other family members have used this business many times, spending a great deal of money over the years. Today we were BLOWN AWAY by the unprofessionalism and outright unacceptable behavior we received from one of the mechanics. Our families will never use this business again nor would we ever recommend to anyone else. I don’t believe this “gentleman” is ok. He was 100% out of line and should not be working with the public.

If I could rate less than zero stars I would in a heart beat. This place will screw you 7 ways from Sunday. I took my car to get an alignment and had some tires in bad shape. They quoted me almost 200 dollars for 2 of the cheapest set of tires for a Honda civic. I went somewhere else and bought 4 tires for 218 dollars. When I returned the guy told me he wouldn't install the tires and if I got them somewhere else to have them install them. Needless to say I took my car immediately after determining he was in fact a modern day pirate! These are the type of people who will charge you to replace your headlight fluid lol. Stay clear!!!P.S. just read the reviews and the owners response. By far some of the most irresponsible business owners I've ever come close to dealing with. The good reviews HAVE TO BE FRIENDS OR FAMILY!Service: Wheel alignment

After waiting for over a week to bring my car in for 2 simple repairs. I was refused service because my VIBE wasn’t right. I’m not kidding! this guy said he didn’t want to work on my car because he wasn’t getting a good vibe from me. I have to say this is a first for me. I have never been so insulted and I will never be back, that’s for sure.

Thos place has one of the rudest mechanics I've ever met. I waited for 30 minutes to have a tire repaired only to get him to tell me (smart mouthed and rudely) that he couldn't and wouldn't fix my tire. I ended up going to his competition. Not setting foot in this ahop again.

If you close early but leave the lights on indicating that the business is still open, then kindly do not have the indecency to insult the person being directed to your place of business by their own company. It does not bode well for any future business that might have been yours. Word of mouth is a powerful thing.Avoid avoid avoid.
